How do I book a doctor appointment?

Choose a specialty or search by name, pick a doctor, then select an available slot for either an in-clinic or video consultation. You will receive confirmation by SMS with the clinic address or video joining link.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Yes. You can cancel or move an appointment from your account up until the consultation starts, and the slot is released immediately for other patients. Cancellations made at least two hours ahead are refunded in full.

How does a video consultation work?

You receive a secure joining link by SMS shortly before your appointment. No app install is needed — it opens in your browser. After the consultation the doctor’s notes and any prescription appear in your account.

How long does delivery take?

Express delivery in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad arrives within 2 to 4 hours for in-stock items ordered before 8pm. Other cities receive orders in 1 to 3 working days.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Same-day express delivery is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi; everywhere else is served by standard courier within 1 to 3 working days.

How are temperature-sensitive medicines delivered?

Cold-chain items such as insulin are packed in insulated boxes with gel packs and dispatched from a cold-chain-equipped branch. These orders are prioritised for express delivery and are not left unattended.
